We stopped by for dinner and the first thing I noticed is that the string beans that were brought to the table were so fresh! We ordered the shrimp spring roll and pho. Everything tasted good and the medium size pho was the perfect amount for an individual portion. A good amount of meat and noodles in the soup. My only complaint is that the interior of the restaurant seemed very old and outdated. It's a small restaurant with not that many tables. It would serve them well to make some renovations. Other than that, service was great and food was even better.

I love eating at Phoenix noodle house!!! My favorite items are the combination spring rolls and the pork vermacilli bowl with no cilantro. I very much recommend it. It's a great lunch spot they can get busy but their service is great. I also recommend the coconut shrimp.

The Mongolian beef here is a must-try, and it's now my favorite dish! Everyone loved their plates, with many choosing the same delicious option. The spring rolls and egg rolls were also tasty. Big thanks to Ethan for his attentive service!

We had a plan to eat Sushi for lunch. THANKFULLY, They were closed and so we went here and I am GLAD! The atmosphere was homie. The staff was nice, constantly checking if we needed anything. We got to sit upstairs! The food was Amazing. I have had pho at other places and never have I enjoyed the pho like I did today. The broth had flavor and richness to it. My husbands chow mein was piping hot and delicious. The chicken wasn't over cooked like other places it was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back !

I've been meaning to try this for awhile now, and I finally had the opportunity to. First off, it was super quick to get seated and even get my food at 11:30. I was able to enjoy my meal because of the speedy process. Aside from the service, I was looking forward to trying their pho specifically to compare other spots I've been to in Modesto. I think that it had a different flavor that was more rich than what I've had before. Also, their thai iced tea with boba is very delicious! It is on par with the Thailand Restaurant here in downtown Modesto. I will definitely be returning here to try their other dishes.

I personally love Phoenix, even way back before Guy Fieri came to visit. The number 6 small is usually my go to, or not, a vermicelli bowl. Came here on a Friday night and it was great. Spring rolls were good, pho was good. The only thing that was odd to me was they have a surcharge fee with anyone who pays with credit card. I think it's 3.5% or something like that. I guess they want folks to pay in cash instead? Weird. Food is great though. I guess I'll start bringing cash then.

Order pork shop, prawns and egg roll with rice. Also started off with the spring roll with pork & shrimp. Homemade peanut dipping sauce is delicious. The pork chop was huge, with 4 shrimps skewered. Side of fish sauce. Also served with pickled carrots, lettuce and cucumber. Everything was hot on arrival (door dash) and very tasty. By far the best Pho Restaurant in Modesto.

Pretty satisfying. Tried eating in and to-go. Both were reliable. They get a ton of to-go orders so it could be a few to 10 min wait for your soup to come out, but I get it. Pho noodles were not overcooked and had a good chewy bite. Spring rolls were average/good. Won Ton Hu Tieu. Clean broth. Couple shrimps, roast pork, shredded white chicken, and good amount of pork wontons. Egg noodles or regular pho rice noodles (not the thick wide rice noodle like other places might do). Toss in some straight fish sauce (not the dipping sauce) and you amp up the seafood-y flavor.
